ChurchManager started the way most church tools should: inside a growing church that was drowning in spreadsheets. A first-timer visited, everyone meant to follow up, and three weeks later no one had called. The pastor asked "how are we doing?" and the honest answer took two days of copy-pasting to produce.
We looked for a tool that saw the whole picture — people, groups, giving, discipleship — and found either five slick apps that didn't talk to each other, or enterprise systems built for head offices, not volunteers. So we built the system we wished existed, module by module, tested by the people who would actually run it on a Sunday.
