Growth breaks the very thing that made you a church:
the ability to see and care for every person.
"A first-timer visited. We meant to follow up. Three weeks later, no one had called."
"The pastor asked how we're doing. Two days of spreadsheets later, I still didn't trust the number."
"Giving lives in three places. Reconciliation is a nightmare, and statements eat a week."
The enemy isn't manual work. It's fragmentation — a ministry split across tools that don't talk. Whether the parts are spreadsheets or five slick apps, people slip into the gaps between them.
This is what one connected picture looks like.
Every gift, follow-up, and attendance report rolls into one live view — updating itself as your church moves.
Four engines that turn scattered records into one living church.
Nobody gets forgotten.
Every new person becomes a card with an owned next step. When someone stalls, their card flags itself — it pulses and raises a follow-up task, so "we meant to" can't happen again.
- Watch each first-timer travel from first visit to fully integrated.
- Overdue follow-ups surface before someone drifts, not after.
One action updates the whole church.
A follow-up updates the dashboard. A gift updates the profile. Attendance updates group health. Everything connects in real time, so leadership always sees one true picture — from the cell meeting up to the ministry board.
This is the answer to "why not just buy three point solutions?" — because an action in one corner updates everywhere.
Targets that track themselves.
Every goal updates itself from live data and re-sorts into on track, behind, or achieved. The system even suggests the next goal to set — so you always know where you stand and what to aim at next, without building a single report.
See who's growing — and who's stuck.
Every person moves along a discipleship pathway — first visit or new convert, received Holy Spirit, baptised, foundation school, serving. ChurchManager tracks each step for you and flags anyone who's stalled, so no one quietly sits on step one for a year.
Six promises, one connected system.

Right message, right people.

Know where you stand.
Goals that report themselves — always on track, behind, or achieved at a glance.
FAQ
Common questions
Everything churches ask us before getting started.
What is ChurchManager?
ChurchManager is an all-in-one church management platform. People, groups, churches, events, communications, discipleship, finances, missions, and goals all live in one connected system — so follow-ups, first-timers, and next steps never fall through the cracks between spreadsheets and disconnected apps.
Who is ChurchManager for?
Any church that wants to care for people at scale — from a single congregation run by volunteers to multi-site ministries and church networks. Pastors get a live picture of church health, admins stop wrestling spreadsheets, and cell leaders get simple tools for attendance and follow-up.
How much does it cost?
Right now we're in early access: we're onboarding just 3 churches, free forever, no card required. Apply for a spot and we'll get you set up personally. After early access, plans will start with a free tier for one church getting started.
Can we import our existing member data?
Yes. You can import your people from a spreadsheet in minutes — no technical setup required. If you're coming from another church management system, we'll help you map and migrate your data during onboarding.
Is our members' data secure and private?
We treat member data as a stewardship, not an asset. Your church's data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by roles and permissions you define, and your data is never sold or shared. You own it, and you can export it at any time.
Do we need technical skills to run it?
No. ChurchManager is built for volunteers and staff, not IT departments. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can use ChurchManager. Guided flows handle the complex parts — like attendance submission and follow-up boards — step by step.
What support do we get?
Every church gets support from a real human on our team, plus documentation and practical guides for pastors, admins, and treasurers. Early-access churches work directly with us during setup — your feedback shapes the product.
Can we cancel or leave at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts and no lock-in. If you leave, you can export all of your data — people, groups, giving history — and we permanently delete it from our systems on request.
Every person matters — so we built the system that makes sure none of them are forgotten. Start with one church, free.
