What kind of support is included?
We offer tier-based support depending on your plan:
  • Free plan users get access to community forums (coming soon) and our self-serve Help Center.
  • Church Plan users enjoy email support during business hours.
  • Group and Ministry plans offer priority support.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. We've made it easy to upgrade or downgrade your subscription based on your changing needs:
  • Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the changes take effect immediately. Currently you will be charged the full amount of the upgrade.
  • Downgrading: You can downgrade your plan at any time, and the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Free to Paid: Upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan gives you immediate access to premium features.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
Our refund policy for early cancellations works as follows:
Monthly Subscriptions
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be canceled at any time.
  • When you cancel a monthly subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the month when you cancel a monthly plan.
Special Circumstances
  • If you're canceling due to technical issues or service unavailability, please contact our support team before canceling.

Yes, you can easily import data from your current church system using our custom Excel-based import tool. This tool supports importing people, churches, and cell groups through standardized Excel templates - simply export your existing data to Excel format, map it to our template structure, and our import wizard will seamlessly transfer your member records, organizational data, and group information into Church Manager, ensuring a smooth transition without data loss.
